This is the official web site of the St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Club Condominium Assoc. The board of directors made the decision to create this web site to keep our owners informed and to promote our complex to visitors and guests.    

I you are a guest or a potiental renter you have access to everthing in this site with the exception of the Owners Corner. The Owners Corner is password protected and has all of the official correspondence of the association. It has the most current copies of the board meeting minutes, financial information, directories and any other official correspondence.

If you are an Owner and you would like to access the Owners Corner please send an email with your Name, Unit No. and email address and I will send you the password.
